The main objective of Mukhyamantri Kisan Parivahan Yojana in Gujarat is to enable farmers to sell their agricultural produce to other places. This scheme will realize the PM Modi’s vision of Doubling Farmers Income by 2022.

Gujarat government has started Kisan Parivahan Yojana 2020-21 for farmers. Under this scheme, govt. will provide subvention of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 75,000 for procuring light load bearing vehicle. Farmers may soon be able to apply online by filling Gujarat Kisan Parivahan Yojana 2020-21 online application / registration form.

Kishan Parivahan Yojana Online Application Form 2021 :

The Ministry is implementing Aajeevika Grameen Express Yojana (AGEY), the sub-scheme under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM) to facilitate transport facilities in the rural areas and also provide job opportunities to members of Self Help Groups (SHGs) under DAY-NRLM. The scheme was launched in August, 2017.

 However, the Ministry does not have a scheme called Gram ParivahanYojana.

AGEY has the following two objectives:

1. To provide safe, affordable and community monitored rural transport services to connect remote villages with key services and amenities (including access to markets, education and health) for the overall economic development of the area by making use of the supports available within the framework of DAY-NRLM.

2. To provide an alternative source of livelihoods to members of Self Help Groups (SHGs) and their families under DAY-NRLM by facilitating them to operate public transport services in backward rural areas, as identified by the States.The scheme is currently being implemented in 18 States and 624 vehicles are operational under the scheme as on 30th November, 2018.

Kishan Parivahan Yojna Sahay Rakam (Amount) :

Shree Nitin Patel also announced Kisan Parivahan Yojana, complementing to Government of India’s Kisan Raila and Kisan Udan schemes. As per budget speech, farmers will get Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 75,000 assistance for light goods carriage vehicle. Rs. 30 crore provision has been made in the first phase to give benefit to around 5,000 farmers.

Government Tractors Subsidy Yojana Gujarat 2021:

Procure appropriate machinery/ equipment as per landholding size and crop. The purchased tractors& equipment can be used by Custom Hiring/sharing by groups of farmers.

Key Features of Tractors Subsidy Yojana Gujarat 2021:

  1. Training will be provided for the eligible persons, on the proper use of Farm Machinery and its routine maintenance and servicing through Farm Machinery Training &Testing Institutes (FMTTIs), KVKs & State.
  2. For Tractor (up to 40 PTO HP) – a subsidy of Rs.45, 000 or 25% of the cost of tractors, for tractors (more than 40 PTO HP) a subsidy of Rs.60, 000 or 25% of the cost, whichever is less 60 PTO HP)
  3. Tractors (up to 20 HP) – For SC, ST, Small & Marginal Farmers and Women – 35% / 1.00 Lakh. For other Beneficiaries – 25% / 75,000
  4. Tractors (20 to 40 HP) -For SC/ST, small & marginal farmers, 35%of cost or 1.25 lakh, and for other Beneficiaries-25% or 1.00 lakh, whichever is less.
  5. Tractors (Above 20 to 70 PTO HP) – For SC, ST, Small & Marginal Farmers and Women – 35% / 1.25 Lakh For other Beneficiaries – 25% / 1.00 Lakh.
  6. Power Tiller/mini tractor – 40% of the cost of the tractors or 45,000 for a general farmer, for SC, ST farmer 50% or Rs. 60,000, whichever is less.
  7. Scheme for financing Tractors- By Dena Gujrat Gramin Bank:
  8. For a farmer who needs a tractor for Agriculture purpose is facilitated by a tie-up with manufacturers/company of various tractors with the cheapest rate and free service facility for a tractor.

Tractor Financing by Bank of Baroda:

  1. This bank offers Finance for Tractors & Heavy Agriculture Machinery.
  2. Main Purpose of Scheme : Purchase of new tractor
  3. Tractor-drawn implements
  4. Power tiller and other agricultural machines etc.

Eligibility Of Tractors Subsidy Yojana Gujarat 2021:

  • Small and marginal, literate and illiterate farmers whose main occupation is a cultivation of crops as the owner of the land, permanent tenants or leaseholders (for reasonably long periods) and who utilize the tractor/ machinery to the minimum extent of 50% on their own landholding.
  • They should possess perennially irrigated land of a minimum of 4 acres (tractors to the farmer with land holding below 6 acres of irrigated land is considered for tractors with horsepower up to 35 HP).
  • They should cultivate high-value commercial crops such as sugarcane, grapes, bananas & vegetables.

Margin in Tractors Subsidy Yojana Gujarat 2021 :

  • Minimum 10% of the Cost of the tractors& Implements.

Repayment Period:

For tractors, the repayment period is 9 years: for Power Tillers- 7 years (Depends upon the repaying capacity on a half-yearly and annual basis based on surplus generation from the crop and landholding of farmers).

How to Apply Online for a tractor subsidy? :

  1. The application can be made whether the farmer has registration or not.
  2. If you say yes to the farmer registration, you will have to provide the Aadhaar number and mobile number, then an OTP will be sent to your mobile. After entering the OTP, give the details of the farmer in the application and you will come online.
  3. If you are applying for the first time from the year 2015-16 without registering a farmer, by giving Aadhar number and mobile number while applying online, by submitting a copy of Aadhar number to the concerned office at the time of eligibility of application, after verification by the concerned officer. Registration). An SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number at that time.
  4. Details that are red * are mandatory.
  5. In order to update/confirm the application, along with the application number, the account number of the land account which is given at the time of application should be given.
  6. The application will not be updated after the application is confirmed.
  7. After the application is confirmed, the print of the application can be taken.
  8. If the name of the bank is not found in the list, contact the nearest agriculture office.
  9. If the application number is not generated while saving the application, read the message in the above line of instructions.

૨. તમામ ખેડૂતો માટે ટ્રેકટર ૪૦ પી.ટી.ઓ. હો.પા. થી વધુ અને ૬૦ પી.ટી.ઓ. હો.પા. સુધી ખર્ચના ૨૫% અથવા રૂ|. ૬૦૦૦૦/- ની મર્યાદમાં બે માંથી જે ઓછુ હોય તે ટ્રેક્ટર માટે ખેતીવાડી ખાતા દ્વારા વખતો વખત જાહેર કરેલ પ્રાઇઝ ડીસ્કવરીના હેતુ માટે તૈયાર કરેલ એમ્પેનલમેન્ટમાં સમાવિષ્ટ ઉત્પાદકના એમ્પેનલ થયેલ ટ્રેક્ટર મોડેલ તેમના અધિકૃત વિક્રેતા પાસેથી લાભાર્થી ખેડૂતે ખરીદી કરવાની રહેશે.

  • Tractor – Rs.45,000 or 25% of cost, whichever is less ( upto 40 PTO HP) Rs.60,000 or 25% of cost, whichever is less ( more than 40 PTO HP to 60 PTO HP)
  • Tractors (08 to 20 PTO HP) – For SC, ST, Small & Marginal Farmers, Women – 35% / 1.00 Lakh. For other Beneficiaries – 25% / 75,000
  • Tractors (20 to 40 PTO HP) – For SC/ST, small & marginal farmers, 35%of cost or 1.25 lakh, whichever is less, and for other Beneficiaries-25% or 1.00 lakh, whichever is less.
  • Tractors (Above 20 to 70 PTO HP) – For SC, ST, Small & Marginal Farmers, Women – 35% / 1.25 Lakh For other Beneficiaries – 25% / 1.00 Lakh.
  • Power Tiller (below 8 BHP) – For SC, ST, Small & Marginal Farmers, Women – 50% / 0.50 Lakh For other Beneficiaries – 40% / 0.40 Lakh.
  • Power Tiller (8 BHP & above) – For SC, ST, Small & Marginal Farmers, Women – 50% / 0.75 Lakh For other Beneficiaries – 40% / 0.60 Lakh.
  • Power Tiller – Rs.45000 or 50% of the cost for general farmer, whichever is less. For SC, ST, Small & Marginal Farmers, Women, Primary agricultural cooperative societies/institutions: 60% of the cost or in the limit of Rs.54000.
  • Power Tiller/mini tractor – 40% of cost or 45,000 for general farmer, for SC, ST farmer 50% or Rs. 60,000, whichever is less. Eligibility for getting further(second time) benefit of unit – minimum seven years.
